Inventory & Stock Management · Maintain accurate records of card inventory (blanks and packaging materials). · Monitor stock levels and initiate reorders to prevent stockouts. · Reconcile inventory regularly and investigate discrepancies. Vendor & Logistics Coordination · Liaise with card vendors, personalization bureaus, and courier partners. · Track card deliveries and ensure timely distribution to customers. · Resolve fulfilment issues such as delayed or lost cards. Process Monitoring · Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) for card production and delivery. · Maintain documentation and reports on card fulfilment activities. · Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency.
