As part of the data team at Monks, you’ll work at the intersection of analytics, reporting, and project management—helping us translate complex data into actionable insights. You’ll play a key role in designing, streamlining, and managing dashboards, reports, and data products, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to support smarter decision-making across the company. What You’ll Do Build, optimize, and maintain reports and dashboards that help teams evaluate project and business performance. Manage the data team backlog, acting as project manager for ongoing initiatives. Analyze large datasets to detect trends, identify anomalies, and surface actionable insights. Collaborate with stakeholders to offer analytical support and guide data-informed decisions. Maintain and improve data pipelines using integration tools across multiple platforms. Develop and deliver clear data visualizations and spreadsheets tailored for different audiences. Monitor for data quality issues and proactively propose solutions. Drive process improvements that enhance the efficiency and value of the data function. What We’re Looking For Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Quantitative Finance or a related analytical field. Hands-on experience with SQL and data visualization tools (preferably Looker Studio / Data Studio). Knowledge of a programming language such as Python, R, or JavaScript. Ability to translate data into compelling stories for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong organizational and project management skills. Detail-oriented mindset with a high level of accuracy and autonomy. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Advanced level of English, both spoken and written.
