What You’ll Do   NetDocuments is seeking an Account Manager who is responsible for developing and managing existing customer accounts while building relationships to find solutions to customer needs for our SaaS company.  The Account Manager will report to the Sales Manager.  The ideal candidate will have experience with all aspects of the customer relationship process.     You will:   Proactively manage and grow a large book of existing customer accounts, with a focus on driving expansion revenue   Generate your own pipeline through outbound activity (calls, emails, and direct account engagement) without reliance on BDR support   Run discovery conversations with customers to uncover business needs and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities   Own the full sales cycle within your accounts, from initial outreach through close   Maintain consistent activity and pipeline management within Salesforce     What You’ll Need to be Successful   Experience managing and growing existing accounts, not just maintaining relationships   Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline through outbound efforts   Comfort with high activity levels (calls, meetings, follow-ups)   Strong discovery and qualification skills     What Will Make You Stand Out    Proven track record of expanding revenue within a book of business   Experience selling into legal or professional services firms   History of self-sourcing opportunities and running independent discovery   Consistent use of CRM and sales tools to manage pipeline and activity     What You’ll Love About NetDocuments   The People!   90% healthcare premiums company covered   HSA company contribution   401K match at 4% with immediate vesting   Flexible PTO (typically 3 to 4 weeks a year)   10 paid holidays   Monthly contributions for life activities & wellness   Access to LinkedIn learning with monthly dedicated time to explore       Compensation Transparency   The compensation range for this position is:  $75,000.00 + Variable The posted cash compensation for this position includes on target earnings, base salary and variable if applicable. Some roles may qualify for overtime pay.
