Karbon is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of Sales Account Executives, driving sales performance, and achieving revenue targets. As a Sales Team Lead, you will… Lead a team of Sales Account Executives, providing guidance, support, and coaching to help them achieve their targets Identify and manage leads and opportunities, demonstrating our company's value to potential clients Conduct demos of our platform, showcasing its features and benefits to potential clients Provide a first-class experience to potential clients, addressing their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner Optimise the sales process, continuously looking for ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness Drive outbound engagement and call activity to expand the portfolio of prospects Create outreach sequences leveraging marketing content to secure meetings with decision-makers Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities, ensuring accurate and timely updates in our CRM system Use AI tools in day-to-day sales activities, including Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Karbon AI and AI-driven sales automation, to support prospecting, pipeline analysis, content creation, and strategic planning About You: Candidates with the following qualifications and experience are encouraged to apply: Experience in consultative sales, preferably in a SaaS environment Proven track record of success, consistently meeting or exceeding targets Previous experience in a leadership role is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational and time management skills Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) Comfort and ability to integrate AI tools into daily workflows Desirable experience: Accounting, Tax, or App industry experience Previous experience working at a company that sells Workflow, Accounting, or Project Management software Experience in a high-growth SaaS environment Hands-on experience using AI tools in a sales or leadership capacity Why work at Karbon?
