Your Role: For our Operations team we are on the lookout for a Logistics Associate who is self-motivated and willing to go the extra mile for the final result. The ideal candidate should be a proactive person who is not only able to plan efficiently, but also capable of working under pressure. The role reports to the Logistics & Transportation Supervisor. Your Responsibilities: Coordinate vehicle deliveries and returns , ensuring smooth handovers. Oversee vehicle preparation (cleaning, inspection, readiness). Maintain accurate fleet documentation and records . Monitor fleet condition, ensuring operational excellence. Perform reporting and KPI management for fleet performance. Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and empathy. Collaborate closely with other departments to optimize daily operations. Requirements Previous experience in fleet operations, logistics, or customer service (experience in the automotive or mobility sector is a plus). Strong organizational and time management skills , with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities efficiently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — able to interact confidently with customers, partners, and colleagues. Solid attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records and high operational standards. Good understanding of vehicle maintenance processes and basic technical knowledge will be considered an asset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace ; experience with fleet management or CRM systems is a plus. Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to daily challenges. Valid driver’s license (Category B) . Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
