Rattaché à la Directrice du Développement Commercial Ouest & IDF, vous commercialisez l’ensemble de nos marques auprès des salons de coiffure (clients et prospects) sur votre périmètre en mettant en œuvre la stratégie commerciale nationale.   A ce titre, afin de réaliser les objectifs commerciaux qui vous sont attribués vous intervenez dans :   La gestion complète d’une relation clients (prospection, développement et fidélisation) L’organisation de votre secteur ainsi que de vos rendez-vous pour la visite clientèle La vente de l’ensemble des gammes ainsi que des produits à votre portefeuille de clients Le développement de la visibilité des gammes de produits ainsi que le renouvellement et la rotation des différentes références Le conseil aux coiffeurs dans l’utilisation des produits L’accompagnement du professionnel de coiffure dans son développement en lui proposant des stages de perfectionnement Le reporting régulier de votre activité à votre supérieur hiérarchique   La liste des missions et des tâches indiquées dans la présente définition de poste est susceptible d’être modifiée en fonction des évolutions du poste et de l’organisation.
