Role Overview The Senior Executive, KOL Planning supports the development of influencer marketing strategies by translating client briefs into data-driven creator recommendations and campaign plans. This role is responsible for research, creator mapping, strategic planning, and preparing client-ready recommendations while working closely with Management, Creative, and Execution teams.   Key Responsibilities Develop influencer recommendations aligned to client objectives, target audience, and campaign KPIs. Research creator landscapes, audience insights, competitor activity, and platform trends. Build influencer shortlists based on audience fit, content quality, brand alignment, and performance data. Develop campaign structures including creator tiering, platform mix, deliverables, and rollout plans. Prepare client-facing strategy presentations and recommendation documents. Support campaign ideation with strategic content territories and creator directions. Work closely with the execution team to ensure plans are delivered as approved. Analyse campaign performance and develop post-campaign learnings and recommendations. Maintain creator databases, benchmarking reports, and planning resources. Requirements 2-4 years' experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or social strategy. Strong understanding of Malaysia's creator ecosystem and platform best practices. Experience using creator discovery and analytics tools is an advantage. Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills. Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills.
