Licensed Mental Health Therapist | Remote Location: Kansas Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year + full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM The Position We’re hiring a licensed therapist to provide counseling to adults throughout Kansas by telehealth. You’ll have a regular schedule of virtual appointments and work with clients who may be dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, or changes in their personal lives. Most of your time will be spent in direct client work, with the remaining time used for notes, treatment follow-up, and other clinical responsibilities. The Work Includes Meet with clients for scheduled individual therapy sessions Complete initial intakes and gather relevant clinical information Discuss treatment goals and determine areas to focus on Use therapeutic approaches appropriate to each client Revisit treatment when a client’s needs or circumstances change Keep clinical notes and records current Arrange referrals when additional services are appropriate Maintain confidentiality and follow Kansas professional requirements Requirements Active Kansas license as an LCMFT, LCSW, LPC, or LCPC Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field Previous clinical counseling or psychotherapy experience Experience with treatment planning and clinical documentation Ability to manage a scheduled caseload independently Benefits 2 weeks PTO Health insurance 401(k) with 3% company match Monday–Friday schedule Fully remote position Submit your CV today for review.
