Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant We’re seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant for a private outpatient practice in Strasburg, NJ. This position is Monday t0 Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with 1 patient per hour. Pay is $70K–$80K per year DOE, plus full benefits. You will be responsible for carrying out treatment plans, monitoring patient progress, and ensuring that patients receive effective therapy and rehabilitation. Responsibilities Assist with patient treatments as prescribed by the Physical Therapist Lead patients through rehabilitation exercises and mobility tasks Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments Record treatment details and patient progress Support the Physical Therapist in maintaining an organized, clean clinic Requirements Associate degree in PTA Active New Jersey PTA license Previous outpatient therapy experience preferred Strong organizational skills and ability to manage patient flow Benefits PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Contribute to patient recovery in a setting that emphasizes efficiency and personalized care.
