We are seeking enthusiastic professionals, with energy, who are result driven and have can-do attitude, who want to be part of a team of likeminded individuals who deliver solutions in an innovative and exciting environment.  As Financial Systems Analyst, you administer and troubleshoot the integrations, master data and configuration that connect Optasia's finance operations to its enterprise systems - and you support the accuracy and timeliness of the financial data those systems produce. You'll sit between IT and Finance : monitoring interface jobs, resolving sync errors, managing master data across five platforms, keeping the month-end calendar on track, and acting as the first point of technical contact for the finance system landscape, including direct ticket management with our SAP implementation partner. What you will do Daily & Routine Operations Monitor and validate daily FX rate processing jobs, ensuring currency data is current and accurately reflected across financial systems  Review daily Expense Report interface jobs, identifying and resolving un-synced records to maintain data consistency between systems  Monitor the SAP SuccessFactors -> finance systems data feed, diagnosing sync errors and restoring alignment between HR and financial records  Master Data Management Create and maintain supplier master records in SAP ByDesign, ensuring completeness and accuracy of vendor information  Set up new General Ledger (GL) accounts in accordance with the company's chart of accounts and financial reporting requirements  Create and manage finance records in Tagetik, supporting the consolidation and performance management reporting process  Create new customers and projects in Zoho, and manage user account activation to support project tracking and CRM workflows  Month-End Close & System Administration  Execute period open/close procedures during the first week of each month across relevant systems, coordinating with Finance to meet reporting deadlines  Issue monthly timesheet reminders via SAP Analytics Cloud to support accurate time recording and project cost allocation  Open new projects in SAP and maintain existing project structures, keeping data current to support financial planning and reporting  System Support, Escalation & Vendor Coordination  Act as the first point of contact for system-related issues, raising and managing support tickets with the SAP partner for SAP ByDesign and SuccessFactors  Track open tickets through to resolution, following up with consultants and communicating progress and business impact to Finance and internal stakeholders  Systems environment You'll work daily across a modern, cloud-based finance/IT stack:  SAP ByDesign : Core ERP - GL, suppliers, entities, projects, period close, procurement  SAP SuccessFactors : HR system - employee master data sync into finance systems  SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) : Reporting, planning and timesheet management CCH Tagetik: Financial consolidation & performance management Zoho: CRM / expense administration  Wrike : Project & task management (cross-functional coordination)  What you will bring Degree in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related field  2-3 years' experience as a Financial Systems Analyst, ERP/Business Systems Analyst, or Finance Operations role; Fintech experience is a plus  Solid accounting knowledge (chart of accounts, GL structure, month-end close, master data) combined with hands-on SAP or other cloud ERP experience  Comfort with system troubleshooting, data reconciliation and interface/integration monitoring - you don't need to be a developer, but you're not afraid of logs, error queues or a support ticket  Working knowledge of SQL, Excel automation (formulas/macros/VBA), or scripting (e.g. Python) for data validation is a strong plus  Experience with ticketing/ITSM tools (e.g. Jira, ServiceNow) and coordinating with external vendors/consultants is an advantage  Familiarity with SAP ByDesign or other SAP Cloud products, SAP Analytics Cloud, CCH Tagetik, project tools such as Wrike, and financial planning & budgeting tools is a plus  SAP certification, or other ERP/systems certification, is considered an advantage  Fluent Greek and English, spoken and written  Why you should apply     💸 Competitive remuneration package      🏝 Extra day off on your birthday      💰 Performance-based bonus scheme      👩🏽‍⚕️ Comprehensive private healthcare insurance      📲 💻 All the tech gear you need to work smart Optasia’s Perks:      🎌 Be a part of a multicultural working environment      🎯 Meet a very unique and promising business and industry      🌌 🌠 Gain insights for tomorrow market’s foreground      🎓 A solid career path within our working family is ready for you      📚 Continuous training and access to online training platforms In accordance with applicable pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this position will be communicated to candidates before the first step of the selection process, enabling informed discussions regarding the role.
