Reporting to the Senior AVP, Curriculum and Academics, the Academic Affairs Associate maintains the course information displayed on the WSHE website. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of courses (archiving old courses, adding new ones, and editing existing ones as necessary) through a regular review of host university websites and through proactive communication with WSHE program managers. It is a focused, detail-driven role that is not customer-facing, with training and support from a stable, long-tenured team. Other academic course-related projects are to be undertaken as necessary. Responsibilities:  Maintain courses in GRS: entering in new courses, archiving old courses, editing existing courses as needed Regularly review host university websites worldwide to identify course changes at the source, including sites not in English Liaise with program managers to ensure clear communication about course changes and updates Support course-related marketing projects (tagging programs by Area of Study, Academic Guides, etc.) Support Academic Records with transcripts-related tasks as needed Skills and Qualifications:  Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong critical thinking skills: the ability to notice when something does not follow the usual pattern and adjust accordingly Curiosity about how universities and courses are structured across different countries Strong oral and written communication skills Proven record of effective and efficient prioritization of multiple tasks Experience working independently, with excellent time management and use of appropriate technology English proficiency (B1+) Education, Experience, and Training: Associate degree, Bachelors preferred Experience studying, living, or working abroad Minimum one year of related relevant professional experience  Work Perks: • Fun & driven environment. • Excellent medical, dental, and vision coverage, life, accidental death and dismemberment, accident, critical illness, and disability insurance. • +10% of gross salary as food stamps. • 1 paid volunteer day & 25 PTO* days to start – accrue up to 28 over 3 years, 4 mental health days, and 5 bereavement days. • Statutory Holidays by Mexican Federal Labor Law. • Tuition reimbursement up to five thousand, two hundred fifty dollars annually or one thousand dollars towards professional certification annually. • Flexible work schedule providing on-site and hybrid opportunities. • Encouraged participation in our Employee Resource Groups and Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion council. • Fitness opportunities. • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) • Paid statutory parental leave.     WorldStrides, a global organization, is committed to  educate and serve communities worldwide.
