Let’s talk about you.    As our Senior Digital Project Manager, you'll oversee the planning, execution and delivery of complex digital projects — websites, apps, ecommerce, CRM and marketing platforms — ensuring they land on time, on budget and aligned with strategic objectives. You'll act as the bridge between internal teams, external partners and clients, bringing strong organisation, stakeholder management and a lead-with-agility-and-empathy mindset to everything you do.   What you’ll do:  Lead end-to-end project management of digital initiatives including websites, apps, ecommerce, CRM and marketing platforms Define scope, timelines, budgets and resource allocation, ensuring accountability at every stage Anticipate risks, solve problems quickly and find creative ways to deliver exceptional results Balance project profitability with client satisfaction, embedding both within the delivery team Ensure all projects comply with industry standards, data protection regulations and security protocols Maintain rigorous project documentation, reporting and risk management practices Monitor budgets and resources to ensure optimal efficiency and return on investment    Who you are:  Commercially aware, balancing quality, efficiency and profitability when shaping scopes, roadmaps and delivery recommendations Collaborative, able to lock arms with cross-functional teams — marketing, design, strategy, IT, product, analytics — and external vendors to align objectives A relationship-builder who fosters transparent, trusted partnerships with clients, stakeholders and leadership Customer-centred, listening closely to client and user needs and translating them into clear, actionable requirements An advocate for accessibility, usability and inclusivity in every deliverable Adaptable, embracing new technologies, tools and methodologies as they emerge Never satisfied with the baseline — always pushing teams toward more inspiring outcomes   What you bring:   Proven experience delivering complex digital projects on time and within budget matters most; a background in Project Management, Digital Media, Business or a related field is a plus 5+ years' experience managing digital projects such as websites, apps, ecommerce, CRM or marketing platforms PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile certification is a plus Broad knowledge of Sitecore Composable digital solutions is a real benefit Strong understanding of web technologies and project management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet) Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Our UK Benefits include: 22 days holiday 2 floating holiday days 2 volunteering days Defined contribution pension scheme Flexibility + remote working Application Tips To help us review your application as smoothly as possible, we recommend submitting a clear, ATS-friendly CV using a simple format and standard headings such as Experience, Skills, and Education.
