Apply today and help us shape the future of work—together   Not an active role yet, but we'd love to know you for what's coming.  Please submit your resume if this opportunity matches your career goals.    About the Role   We are looking for a hands-on Scrum Master / Agile Team Coach to support 3 teams and strengthen team dynamics, collaboration, and delivery effectiveness.  This role requires someone who brings a  positive, steady, and confident presence  to challenging situations. You should be comfortable coaching teams through conflict, resistance, and change while providing clear, direct, and respectful feedback.  The right candidate is pragmatic and emotionally intelligent, able to build trust quickly while maintaining a high bar for accountability and outcomes. You will be expected to actively improve how teams work together and ensure delivery continues to move forward.  You will  actively leverage tools and AI to evolve how the role is performed —using them not only to streamline work, but to generate insights, challenge thinking, and enhance coaching, communication, and decision-making.    What Success Looks Like   Teams collaborate effectively and demonstrate stronger ownership  Impediments are surfaced early and addressed quickly  Team dynamics improve, with more direct and healthy communication  Delivery becomes more consistent and predictable  Agile practices are applied pragmatically to improve outcomes  Stakeholders are informed, engaged, and confident in progress  Teams show increased maturity and self-management  AI is used thoughtfully to improve insight, effectiveness, and overall team impact    Key Responsibilities   Facilitate Agile ceremonies with a focus on outcomes, not just completion  Coach teams toward greater ownership, accountability, and effectiveness  Identify and remove impediments while reinforcing team ownership  Address negative behaviors directly and constructively  Partner with stakeholders to improve clarity, communication, and flow of work  Encourage practical experimentation with Agile and engineering practices  Use AI and modern tools to enhance team effectiveness, insight, and decision-making  Improve team predictability, quality, and continuous improvement  Ensure progress and value delivery are visible to stakeholders  Contribute to a high-trust, collaborative, and accountable team environment    Required Qualifications   5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar role  Proven experience improving team dynamics, especially in low-accountability or high-friction environments  Strong facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills  Ability to coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles and ways of working  Experience supporting multiple teams or complex team environments  Demonstrated ability and curiosity in using AI to enhance thinking, coaching, or team effectiveness  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience    Preferred Qualifications   Scrum certification  Experience with scaled Agile frameworks  Advanced Agile certifications (PSM II, ICP-ATF, ICP-ACC)  Experience with engineering or data-focused teams  Familiarity with Lean-Agile metrics (flow, predictability, team health)  Spanish or Portuguese speaking ability  Experience partnering with leaders and supporting organizational change    What We’re Looking For   A leader who is  positive, steady, and direct   Someone who balances empathy with accountability  A coach who drives growth through  clear expectations and behavior change   Comfortable operating in ambiguity and complex team environments  Able to influence without authority and build trust quickly  Takes a pragmatic, outcome-driven approach (not overly process-focused)  Uses AI as a  thought partner and capability multiplier , not just a tool  New Era Technology, LLC., and its subsidiaries (“New Era” “we”, “us”, or “our”) in its operating regions worldwide are committed to respecting your privacy and recognize the need for appropriate protection and management of any Personal Data that you may provide us.
