We're looking for a Head of Channel Sales & Strategic Alliances to define, execute, and scale InvGate's global partner ecosystem strategy. This role will be responsible for accelerating InvGate's global growth through our indirect sales ecosystem by strengthening our existing partner network while expanding strategic relationships with distributors, systems integrators, resellers, and other key partners worldwide. In addition to leading our team of Channel Account Managers, this person will play a critical role in shaping the future of InvGate's global partner ecosystem. This is a highly strategic leadership role that combines people management, commercial execution, and long-term partner development. You'll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Executive Leadership to drive the growth of InvGate's indirect business, expand our global partner ecosystem, and maximize revenue through strategic partnerships. What You'll Do Define and execute InvGate's global channel and partner strategy, driving sustainable revenue growth through indirect sales. Own the overall performance of InvGate's indirect sales business, identifying growth opportunities and continuously optimizing our global partner ecosystem. Drive revenue growth through existing partners while identifying expansion opportunities across key international markets. Build, strengthen, and expand strategic relationships with distributors, systems integrators, value-added resellers (VARs), technology partners, and other key partners across the global ecosystem. Lead, coach, and develop a global team of Channel Account Managers. Identify, negotiate, and launch strategic partnerships that accelerate InvGate's global growth. Develop scalable partner programs, enablement initiatives, and joint go-to-market strategies. Collaborate with Marketing to develop partner campaigns, events, and demand generation initiatives. Partner closely with Sales leadership to ensure alignment between direct and indirect sales strategies. Define channel KPIs, forecast business performance, and continuously optimize the effectiveness of our global partner ecosystem. Represent InvGate in executive-level conversations, strategic partner meetings, and industry events. What We're Looking For Proven experience building and scaling global partner ecosystems within a B2B SaaS or Enterprise Software company, leading Channel Sales, Partner Management, Strategic Alliances, or Business Development organizations. Previous experience leading commercial or channel sales teams. Demonstrated success building, scaling, and optimizing indirect sales channels. Experience working with distributors, systems integrators, resellers, and strategic partner ecosystems. Strong track record negotiating and managing high-impact commercial partnerships. Experience working across multiple international markets. Experience selling Enterprise Software solutions. Advanced English (mandatory). Availability to travel internationally as needed.
