The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in sales strategy and direct sales , with the ability to identify opportunities, build meaningful customer relationships, and consistently drive revenue growth. This role is suited for a commercially minded professional who understands the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation, conversion, and relationship management. Experience across B2C and B2B sales environments will be an added advantage. Requirements Key Responsibilities Develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with business objectives and revenue targets. Identify new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, referrals, networking, and other channels. Own the direct sales process , including lead qualification, customer engagement, product/service presentations, negotiations, and closures. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Understand customer needs, business challenges, and buying behavior to recommend appropriate solutions. Conduct sales calls, meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations with prospective customers. Develop long-term relationships with clients and identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and repeat business. Track sales performance, conversion rates, pipeline movement, and revenue contribution. Collaborate with marketing, product, customer success, and operations teams to improve lead conversion and customer experience. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new growth opportunities. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, forecasts, and sales activities in CRM systems. Continuously evaluate and improve sales approaches, processes, and outreach strategies. Must-Have Skills Sales Strategy Strong understanding of sales planning, pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue generation. Ability to develop and implement data-driven sales strategies. Strong commercial and target-oriented mindset. Experience managing sales funnels and improving conversion rates. Direct Sales Proven experience in direct selling, lead conversion, negotiation, and closing. Strong ability to engage decision-makers and influence purchasing decisions. Comfortable handling objections and negotiating with prospects. Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets. Good-to-Have Skills Experience working across B2C and B2B sales environments. Excellent verbal and written communication skills . Strong presentation, negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities. Experience with CRM platforms and sales analytics tools. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Qualifications & Experience Experience: 3–12 years in Business Development, Sales, Direct Sales, Account Management, or related roles. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is preferred. Candidates with a strong track record of sales performance and business growth will be preferred.
