We are looking for a Junior Account Manager to support our growth and play an active role in the development of our ESPT business. In this role, you will support customer acquisition and account management activities, build relationships with customers, and develop your sales skills while contributing to the growth of our business across specific industries and/or geographies. You will work closely with experienced sales team members, support the sales cycle from initial customer contact to order placement, and have the opportunity to grow into a more independent account management role over time. How You’ll Contribute: Sales & Account Management: Support the development of repeatable and stable sales within assigned industries and/or geographies by building and maintaining relationships with customers Work with incoming warm leads, qualify opportunities, follow up with prospects, and support the conversion of leads into customers Support the acquisition of new customers and the development of existing customer relationships Assist in building and managing an opportunity pipeline within specific industries and/or geographies Support the sales cycle from initial customer contact and enquiry through order placement and follow-up on repeat business Maintain regular customer contact and support customers throughout the different stages of the sales process Business Development & Growth: Work towards individual sales targets with an assigned customer portfolio and industry and/or geographic focus Identify potential new business opportunities and support the development of the customer base Learn and apply best practices in sales and account management Contribute ideas and recommendations for process improvements and new initiatives CRM & Sales Process Management: Ensure accurate, regular, and timely documentation of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system Keep customer, opportunity, and pipeline information up to date Collaborate with internal teams to support a smooth customer experience and effective execution throughout the sales process What You’ll Bring to Xometry: Sales Experience: Initial experience in sales, account management, business development, customer service, or a related field. Previous experience in a B2B environment is an advantage Customer Focus: Strong customer orientation and genuine interest in building positive, long-term customer relationships Technical & Digital Mindset: Interest in IT, digitalisation, and modern technologies, with a willingness to learn and actively use new tools and software Industry Interest: Interest in manufacturing, engineering, robotics, automation, 3D printing, or related technical industries is an advantage Business Development: Ability to identify customer needs, follow up on opportunities, and develop relationships with new and existing customers Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and collaborate effectively with internal teams Problem Solving: A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to learn from challenges and find practical solutions Growth Mindset: Motivation to learn, develop sales skills, take on increasing responsibility, and achieve sales targets Language Skills: Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English.
