Production Intern (Unpaid for Course Credit Only)

The Production Intern will support day-to-day production operations across planning, execution, and post-production. This role is ideal for a student interested in media production, content creation, events, or creative operations who wants hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Responsibilities Assist with pre-production tasks including research, scheduling, call sheets, and asset organization Help manage production calendars, timelines, and deliverables Assist with content capture (video, audio, photography) as needed Support post-production workflows such as file management, logging, and basic edits Coordinate with cross-functional teams (creative, marketing, tech, operations) Track equipment inventory and assist with check-in/check-out Perform general administrative and production support tasks as assigned Requirements Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and eligible to receive school credit Interest in production, media, film, events, or creative operations Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Comfortable multitasking and working in a dynamic environment Basic familiarity with production tools or software (e.g., Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut, Premiere Pro) is a plus Benefits Gain hands-on experience in end-to-end production workflows Learn industry-standard tools, processes, and best practices Develop professional communication and collaboration skills Build a portfolio with real-world production experience Part-time, flexible schedule aligned with academic requirements Unpaid internship for academic credit only School credit (per academic requirements) Disclaimer: This internship is an unpaid educational opportunity intended to provide training and experience related to Human Resource Management.
