The role will encompass a wide range of activities, including high-level administrative support for investment professionals and the wider team, day-to-day office management, and reception support. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted partner, ensuring seamless day-to-day execution of priorities while exercising discretion, professionalism, and excellent judgment. They will join a team of two other assistants.               Major Responsibilities Provide administrative support to portfolio managers/their teams, to include managing telephones, diary management, scheduling of meetings, booking and co-ordination of travel arrangements, management and submission of expenses via our Workday platform. Provide support to investment teams tracking earnings calendars and company events, scheduling conference attendance and management meetings, helping manage broker relationships and helping manage data provider subscriptions and costings. Reception cover, management of meeting rooms / room booking system and guest arrival, assisting with meeting and A/V set up, opening calls and providing refreshments. Day to day office management support and assisting with the maintenance of a well-organized office environment. Support for team event planning and ad hoc projects.   What We Value   Demonstrable relevant experience, working with investment professional would be a distinct advantage. Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritise, and excellent attention to detail. Professionalism, sound judgement and discretion. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and expeditiously. Proficiency in Microsoft products, including Outlook and Excel.     This is a full-time, 4 days in office position     We anticipate the base salary of this role to be between £55,000-63,000.
