We're looking for an experienced  Senior Delivery Manager  to join us on a  12-month fixed-term contract , covering maternity leave while playing a key role in delivering ambitious digital projects for some fantastic clients. This isn't just about managing plans and running stand-ups. It's about asking the right questions, spotting risks early, solving problems and giving clients confidence that everything is under control. You'll lead the delivery of complex digital projects across websites, apps and platforms, working closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams to deliver great outcomes. You'll thrive here if you Take ownership and get things moving.  Ask questions rather than make assumptions.  Love bringing structure to complexity.  Balance pace with attention to detail.  Stay calm under pressure and enjoy solving problems.  Build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues.  Look for better ways of working and embrace new tools, including AI.  We're looking for someone with Significant experience delivering digital projects in an agency environment.  A strong understanding of digital delivery, planning, governance and commercial management.  Confidence leading clients, workshops and multidisciplinary teams.  Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.  A passion for delivering high-quality work and helping others do the same.  Why Great State?
