Registered: Phlebotomist/HCA  Banding: Band 2 & 3  Location: East England (Peterborough & Bedford)  Rate: £18.00 - £25.78 per hour    Pulse Nursing Agency is looking for experienced Phlebotomists and Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) with phlebotomy experience  to join our team across Peterborough and Bedford, with shifts available Monday to Sunday (8:00am - 7:30pm).   We offer competitive hourly pay rates of:   Monday to Friday: £18.00 per hour   Saturday: £20.96 per hour   Sunday & Bank Holidays: £25.78 per hour   Working as a Phlebotomist/HCA, you will:   Complete POCT cholesterol checks, height, weight and waist measurements, heart rate and blood pressure checks, and accurately record findings on the system.   Draw two blood samples, ensuring they are correctly labelled and stored.   Monitor the wellbeing of participants throughout their appointments, escalating concerns where appropriate.   To be successful in this role, you should have:   A Certificate in Phlebotomy.   A minimum of one year's active experience drawing blood.   Experience taking patient observations.   Excellent patient care skills.   The Right to Work in the UK.   You will benefit from:   Accrued holiday pay.   Weekly pay.   A dedicated Pulse consultant to support you throughout the project.   If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply today with your CV.   We are unable to support or accept applications from candidates who are residents within the Red or Amber List of the Code of Practice for the International Recruitment of Health and Social Care Personnel in England, based on the World Health Organization (WHO) Workforce Support and Safeguard List.
