You’ll be the first smile clients see and the steady voice they trust — whether they’re bringing in a brand-new puppy or a 15-year-old best friend. 💼 What You’ll Actually Be Doing ✨ Greeting pets and their humans like the VIPs they are 📞 Scheduling appointments + handling calls without breaking a sweat 🗂 Keeping the clinic organized and running smoothly 💬 Helping pet parents with questions, concerns, and the occasional “my dog ate WHAT?” moment 🐾 Providing calm vibes to nervous pups (and sometimes their people) 🧠 What We’re Looking For At least 1 - 2 years experience of veterinary medicine experience (required)  You genuinely love animals  and people You’re a strong communicator (in person + on the phone) Bi-lingual (not required but strongly recommended)  Can work on a rotating Saturday schedule  Someone who is looking to work 25 - 30 hours. You can multitask without spiraling You bring positive energy, even on busy days Customer service experience? Cool. Great attitude? Cooler.
