We are looking for a talented and motivated Associate Software Engineer to join our development team in Corvallis, Oregon. This is an opportunity to work at the cutting edge of motion tracking, contributing to real-time systems used around the world. What You’ll Do · Design, develop, and maintain C++ desktop applications that interact with motion capture systems. · Work collaboratively with software, hardware, and QA engineers to build high-performance, real-time applications. · Contribute to internal tools and pipelines using C++, Python, and possibly other similar languages. · Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation as part of the software development lifecycle. Requirements Required Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. · Hands-on experience developing desktop applications in C++. · Working knowledge of Python. · Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. · Good verbal and written communication skills for documentation and internal collaboration. · Willingness to work on-site in Corvallis, OR · Experience with motion capture systems or 3D tracking technologies. · Knowledge of machine learning or artificial intelligence. · Familiarity with game engines such as Unreal Engine, Unity, or others. · Experience working on real-time or high-performance system Benefits All benefits start on first day of employment! 75% employer-paid medical for employee.
