ODORZX INC. is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on promoting and selling our range of services and products to new and existing clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and representing the company with professionalism and integrity in the field while having an extensive knowledge base in the rental car operations world. Key Responsibilities: Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories. Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close sales deals effectively. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services and address client needs. Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in the company CRM system. Stay knowledgeable about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adjust sales strategies accordingly. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and objectives. 3-5+ years of B2B sales experience in rental car facilities management, rental car operations is a must Strong track record selling technology/app-based solutions alongside traditional in-person service offerings Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle — prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing Experience building relationships with corporate decision-makers (property managers, facility directors, fleet managers, procurement teams) in the rental car operations world Skilled at translating technical/service specs into clear client value Requirements Requirements: Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within the services and produts of the rental car eco-system Over 5 years of dynamic experience in sales within the rental car eco-system and operations Experience in the rental car industry, is a requirement Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong customer focus with the ability to develop long-term client relationships. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus. Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking skills. High school diploma minimum requirement; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
