Job responsibilities: - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for professional services roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to clients. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing strategic recruitment advice. - Proactively source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals. - Conduct in-depth candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit for client organizations. - Negotiate job offers, including salary and benefits, between clients and candidates to ensure successful placements. - Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs within the professional services sector. - Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide clients with valuable insights. - Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business development goals and expand the client portfolio. - Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment experience. - Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets, including placement and revenue goals. Job requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - CEI certified or willing to take CEI certification - Proven experience as a recruitment consultant, preferably within the Professional or Financial Services related industries. - Strong understanding of recruitment processes, talent acquisition strategies, and market trends. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering win-win outcomes. - Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. - A strong network within the professional services sector is highly desirable.
