As we expand our operations in Abu Dhabi, we are seeking passionate and dedicated Property Consultants to join our growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant market and help clients with their property needs in the capital of the UAE. As a Property Consultant in Abu Dhabi, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, leasing, and investing in residential and commercial properties. You will utilize your knowledge of the local market to provide expert guidance, conduct property viewings, negotiate contracts, and build long-lasting relationships with clients. Requirements Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate, preferably within the Abu Dhabi market. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients. Proven negotiation skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Comprehensive understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate market and industry dynamics. Proficient in using digital tools, CRM systems, and social media for marketing. A real estate license or relevant certifications are a plus. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is advantageous. A valid UAE driver's license is preferred. Benefits Up to 70% commission payable, uncapped.
