Requirements Native or fluent Italian (C1/C2). Good level of English (B2 or higher). Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Customer-oriented mindset with empathy and professionalism. Good computer skills and ability to multitask. Previous customer service experience is considered an advantage but is not required. Availability to support night shifts.
