This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our growing IT M&A and Due Diligence capability, working on high-impact transactions alongside experienced Managing Directors and deal teams. Your Challenge In this role, you will support our team on IT-focused transaction projects, with a strong focus on due diligence and deal execution. Your responsibilities include: Supporting IT M&A/IT due diligence engagements, including analysis of IT landscapes, systems, and architectures Contributing to the evaluation of IT cost structures and run-rate implications (applications, infrastructure, IT operating models) Supporting carve-out and post-merger integration planning, including separation complexity and Day 1 readiness Preparing deal-focused client presentations, translating technical findings into clear commercial implications Conducting research on transaction-relevant IT trends and benchmarks Collaborating closely with consultants, managers, and deal teams in a fast-paced consulting environment What Interpath Offers You At Interpath, you will join a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment with direct exposure to transactions and early responsibility. You should have: Ongoing or recently completed studies in (Business) Informatics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (ideally Master´s degree) Basic understanding of enterprise IT landscapes, cloud technologies, or software architectures is a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure complex topics Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (especially Excel and PowerPoint) Strong communication skills with the ability to link technical findings to business and deal implications A proactive, detail-oriented, and team-oriented mindset The minimum duration of this internship is 3 months.
