Position Overview The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing daily office operations, maintaining efficient business workflows, and managing executive support. This role plays a key part in enabling employees and leadership to focus on core responsibilities by managing administrative, operational, financial support, and facility-related functions with strong compliance integrity. Key Responsibilities Office & Facilities Management Oversee daily office operations and administrative functions Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and facility improvements Ensure workplace safety and compliance with company policies Manage office space planning and seating arrangements Support front-desk reception duties on a tri-weekly rotation (once every 3 weeks) Support CCTV management and outsourced IT service administrative workflows 일상적인 사무실 운영 및 행정 업무 총괄 사무용품 및 장비 관리, 협력업체(벤더) 관리 시설 유지보수, 수리 및 환경 개선 업무 조율 회사 정책에 따른 안전 관리 및 규정 준수 확보 사무공간 기획 및 좌석 배치 관리 리셉션 데스크 업무 지원 (3주 1회 로테이션) CCTV, IT위탁관련 업무 지원 Administrative & Operational Support Maintain contracts, documentation, and company records Support expense tracking and invoice processing Manage company assets and inventory Coordinate mail, courier, and shipping services Assist in corporate governance workflows, including director/auditor registration updates Support statutory reporting and public disclosure procedures Assist with Board of Directors and Annual General Meeting (AGM) logistics and administration 계약서, 각종 문서 및 사내 주요 기록 관리 비용 정산 관리 및 인보이스 처리 지원 회사 자산 및 재고 관리 우편, 택배 및 배송 서비스 관리 이사/감사 중임 및 변경 등 법인 등기 관련 업무 지원 법상 보고사항에 대한 보고 및 공시 업무 지원 이사회 및 주주총회 업무 지원 HR, Employee & Compliance Support Support onboarding processes (workspace setup, equipment, system access) Assist with employee engagement activities and internal events Support benefits administration and HR documentation Facilitate internal communication and cross-department coordination Manage tracking and administrative compliance for certified professionals 온보딩 지원 (업무 공간 세팅, 장비 지급, 시스템 접근 권한 설정 등) 임직원 참여 프로그램 및 사내 행사 지원 복리후생 관리 및 HR 관련 문서 업무 지원 사내 커뮤니케이션 및 부서 간 협업 조율 자산운용전문인력, 부동산개발전문인력 관리 Executive & Business Support Provide administrative support to leadership, including the Compliance Officer, when needed Coordinate meetings, schedules, and conference room management Assist with internal notices, company-wide initiatives, and special projects 필요 시 경영진(준법감시인 포함) 대상 행정 지원 회의 일정 조율 및 회의실 관리 공지 작성 및 기타 수시 프로젝트 지원 Requirements 2+ years of experience in office administration or related roles Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office High level of reliability, discretion, and attention to detail 오피스 운영 또는 유관 업무 경력 2년 이상 우수한 조직 관리 및 멀티태스킹 능력 뛰어난 문서 작성 및 커뮤니케이션 역량 Microsoft Office 활용 능력 높은 책임감, 신뢰성 및 세밀한 업무 처리 능력 Preferred Experience in financial services, asset management, or REITs industry Prior experience supporting corporate governance or regulatory compliance administration 금융, 자산운용사 또는 리츠 업계 유관 경력 보유자 기업 지배구조 또는 컴플라이언스 행정 지원 경험자 Benefits Grow with us – Career growth and learning We believe our greatest strength lies in the growth and development of our team.
