About the Role As an Entry-Level Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and driving growth for Puulse Marketing. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to start their career in sales with a company that offers excellent training, supportive colleagues, and opportunities for growth and advancement. Responsibilities Generating leads and moving them into the sales funnel by cold calling potential clients using a power dialer. Understand the potential client's needs, qualify their interest, and transfer them to Inside Sales Representatives for closing. Keep detailed records of calls, interactions, and useful information in our CRM system. Collaborate with the sales team to optimize call scripts and strategies. Participate in ongoing sales training and workshops to improve your skills and stay updated with the latest industry trends. Attend weekly team meetings to discuss sales strategies, updates, and targets. What's in It for You? Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work 40-50 hours per week. Selected candidates will be required to complete a criminal background check.
