Scope of Role The ITRS IT Support works internally across the organisation to ensure a secure, reliable, and efficient working environment that enables employees to perform their roles effectively. The function provides global technical support to ITRS offices and staff, covering end-user services, cloud platforms, and core IT infrastructure.  The role includes responsibility for supporting and maintaining internal IT systems, cloud services, office and data centre infrastructure, and critical platforms such as domain controllers, identity and access management, networking, and related services. The team acts as a key operational interface between users and underlying systems, ensuring availability, performance, and security across on-premises and cloud environments. This role is front line (Level 1 basic support, level 2 in depth analysis, Level 3 root cause investigation and correction, including working closely with technical departments and staff), helping ITRS staff with their IT issues.    As an Senior IT & System Administrator, you will: Contribute to and maintain the continuity of the IT infrastructure across the whole ITRS Group IT landscape.  Contribute to enhancing efficiency in every department by providing the necessary tools and equipment essential to the individual roles.  Coordinate with team leads for their requirement for hardware, peripherals, software, access, and cloud provisioning.  Proactively working with various stakeholders, such as DevOps and Customer Success teams for the proper designation of roles and handling/preventive maintenance of the servers.  Provide, protect and maintain the cybersecurity of ITRS across assets, resources, software, hardware, infrastructure, access codes and firewalls.  Contributing to the positive usr experience in using IT and security infrastructure and equipment.  Requirements You will have:  7 years’ professional experience within IT Support, Desktop Support, L2 or L3 systems administration infrastructure support. Strong understanding of networking and infrastructure technologies. Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues. Experience managing servers, endpoints and cloud services. Strong understanding of IT security principles. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical issues.
