This role offers the opportunity to contribute to major infrastructure and mixed-use developments within a high-impact program environment. As Construction Manager (Infrastructure), you will help drive successful construction delivery by working closely with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders while maintaining a strong focus on execution, coordination, and project performance. Responsibilities Oversee daily construction activities across infrastructure and mixed-use development sites. Coordinate contractors, consultants, and internal teams to maintain project delivery schedules. Monitor quality, safety, and compliance across all phases of construction execution. Track progress, budgets, and risks and report updates to the Project Director. Support stakeholder coordination for large-scale residential and community infrastructure works. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline. 15+ years of construction management experience, including work on large-scale residential infrastructure, mixed-use developments, roads and utilities, or broader community infrastructure projects. Strong experience with budget tracking, cost control, and quality assurance across construction delivery. Solid understanding of HSE compliance, contractor performance management, and progress reporting to the Project Director. Proven ability to coordinate contractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary stakeholder teams. Currently based in Saudi Arabia and eligible for local transfer. Experience with risk management is a plus.
