The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-focused Invoicing Agent to join their team on a fixed-term basis. This role will be responsible for reviewing, processing and managing invoices, ensuring information is accurate and any discrepancies are followed up and resolved promptly.
Key Responsibilities
Review incoming invoices and check them against budgets and supplier records
Follow up with internal stakeholders, including Care Partners, when information is missing or discrepancies are identified
Process and approve invoices through Redmap, or flag exceptions requiring further attention
Maintain accurate records and track outstanding issues through to resolution
Use Excel, including filters, pivot tables and lookups, to manage and clean data
Work closely with internal teams to resolve invoicing queries and ensure processes run smoothly
What You Bring
Previous experience in invoicing, accounts administration, data entry or a similar role
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when reviewing financial information
Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow issues through to resolution
Comfortable working with systems and learning new platforms.
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to following up on discrepancies and missing information
Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with internal teams
