You will be the first point of contact of the financial institutions - whether they are the business owners of an up and coming brand or a key decision-maker in a well-established financial institution.  The Manager, Business Development will be responsible for: Develop and maintain relationships with Hong Kong’s largest banks and finance firms Provide providing regular insights, analytical and performance reports for the business partners in financial institutions  Lead new initiatives and help devise strategies to grow revenue through new activities, campaigns and proposals Work towards defined revenue targets commensurating with commission payments Assist with ad-hoc account management projects/analysis for management-level initiatives Coordinate with the internal cross functional team (e.g. marketing, operations, customer service) on campaign execution and support Relay client feedback to the wider team, including to help improve the MoneyHero HK platform, drive data optimization initiatives etc.  In this role, we are looking for someone with: Results/targets-driven, focused personality with at least 3-5 years of experience in a business development role Prior experiences in  leading initiatives in driving growth (preferably in a B2B2C/two-sided marketplace business) Prior financial industry experience in Hong Kong and digital marketing process - this is preferable but not mandatory Embrace change and flexible environments Consistently challenging the status quo and are comfortable in driving change Strong interpersonal and social skills; comfortable with building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders and can successfully navigate complex organizational structures Strong problem solving and analytical skills with great execution skills as evidenced by outcome defined examples of past achievements (i.e. achieved X% increase by doing Y) Proficiency in English and Cantonese, both written and oral Proficient with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets  Are humble and lead by example, set the right context and help teammates do their best work Interest in and intellectual curiosity about personal finance #MoneyHero #LI-Hybrid #LI-RR1 What can you expect from us?   Impact : We are actively empowering and connecting people to a better financial future.
