Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) – Full-Time Location: Iowa Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year + benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM What the Workday Looks Like You’ll spend most of your day in scheduled video appointments with individuals, couples, and families. Sessions may focus on relationship difficulties, family conflict, communication problems, emotional stress, or significant changes in a client’s life. Between appointments, you’ll have time to complete clinical notes, review cases, and prepare for upcoming sessions. You’ll manage your own caseload and have access to clinical consultation when a situation calls for another perspective. Responsibilities Conduct intake evaluations and gather relevant client history Determine appropriate treatment goals and clinical direction Select therapeutic approaches within your scope of practice Complete assessments, progress notes, and treatment records Review cases and update treatment plans when clinically indicated Make referrals or coordinate additional services when appropriate Participate in clinical consultation and team communication as needed Maintain confidentiality and comply with Iowa licensing requirements Requirements Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field Active Iowa LMFT license Experience providing therapy services to individuals, couples, or families Strong clinical assessment and communication skills Ability to manage a remote caseload independently Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic documentation systems Benefits 401(k) plan with employer match Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance policy If you’re ready for a new clinical setting, we’d be glad to hear from you.
