Job Description: Project Participation: Actively participate in real-world business projects and assignments, including tasks such as analysis, design, process improvement, and operational support. Business Enhancement: Contribute to the development of innovative solutions for the construction industry with creative ideas and approaches. Process Support: Fulfill supporting duties that help the assigned department's daily workflow and aid in achieving business goals. Learning and Development: Attend technical and soft-skill training sessions, workshops, and internal company organizations offered throughout the program. Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with professionals from various departments and participate in cross-functional collaboration projects. Mentorship: Seek guidance from the assigned mentor, establish and follow personal development goals based on regular feedback. Requirements Must be a final-year student in an undergraduate or graduate program, OR a recent graduate who has graduated no more than 2 years ago . Must be studying/have graduated from one of the following or related disciplines: Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Industrial, etc.) Architecture Business Administration / Economics Marketing / Communications Logistics / Supply Chain Human Resources Benefits Financial Terms: The NextGen Internship Program offers a paid internship opportunity . Interns will be subject to the company's established compensation policies for the duration of their tenure.
