We are looking for an Analytics professional with strong experience in Banking and Financial Services Analytics and Consulting to lead strategic analytics initiatives for a leading client. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical problem-solving, stakeholder management, consulting, and team leadership skills, along with deep domain expertise in Banking and Financial Services. Requirements Lead end-to-end analytics and transformation initiatives, from problem definition through implementation. Strong Banking/Financial Services experience is mandatory, with Supply Chain domain experience preferred. Partner with senior business stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into actionable analytics solutions. Drive initiatives across areas such as demand forecasting, inventory optimization, supply planning, procurement, logistics, and operational performance. Lead and mentor cross-functional analytics teams and ensure high-quality delivery. Develop analytical frameworks, KPIs, dashboards, and insights to support strategic decision-making. Manage client relationships and communicate recommendations effectively to senior leadership. Identify opportunities to leverage data, analytics, and AI/ML to improve supply chain efficiency and business outcomes. Contribute to solution development, proposals, and expansion opportunities with clients. Responsibilities 15+ years of experience in analytics, consulting, data-driven strategy, or a related field. Strong Banking/ Financial domain experience with a good understanding of supply chain processes and business challenges. Experience leading large-scale analytics or transformation programs. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working with senior/executive stakeholders. Exposure to AI/ML, advanced analytics, or data products. Experience with tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, or cloud/data platforms. Ability to translate complex business problems into practical, data-driven solutions .
