Performance Marketing Manager – Google Ads, Meta Ads & Paid Acquisition | Remote Position Type: Full-Time, Remote Working Hours: U.S. Business Hours About the Role At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid customer acquisition and drive profitable growth across digital advertising channels. This is a hands-on performance role focused on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, conversion tracking, campaign optimization, and ROAS . You’ll own campaigns from strategy and budget allocation through testing, optimization, and reporting.
