As a Technical Support Analyst , you'll assist Spanish-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email while developing valuable customer service and communication skills in an international environment. What you'll do Provide customer support in Spanish and English via phone, chat, and email. Help customers with product features, mobile applications, and basic technical issues. Troubleshoot Bluetooth connectivity and smart device-related questions. Escalate more complex technical issues when necessary. Document customer interactions accurately. Deliver a positive customer experience. Requirements What we're looking for University student status. Fluent Spanish (C1) and confident English (B2) communication skills. Strong communication and customer-oriented attitude. Interest in technology and problem-solving. Previous customer service experience is an advantage, but not required.
