About The Role As a Customer Service Representative, you will represent Rockgas in supporting New Zealanders with inquiries about our client’s services. With access to comprehensive knowledge content, extensive training, and leadership support, you will handle a variety of tasks such as new account creation, processing service orders, payment collections, emergency responses, and handling disconnections. You will work in a dynamic team environment, focusing on delivering quality outcomes through phone, and email interactions. Operating Hours We offer permanent fixed-term opportunities with flexible hours to accommodate your commitments. Our operating hours are: Monday to Friday: 7:00 am - 7:00 pm Saturday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (NZST & NZDT) You will work on a rotating roster. This role is due to commence 28th of September 2026.
