We are seeking experienced Ground Control Operators to support live event productions in Jeddah . The Ground Control Operator plays a vital role in maintaining timing, cue accuracy, safety, and operational efficiency during live performances. Work Details Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia Dates: Thursday 13th February – Friday 14th February Requirements Required Skills & Experience Prior experience in Ground Control , Follow Spot Operations , or similar live event lighting roles Strong understanding of live show cueing and timing Excellent verbal communication skills (clear, calm, and precise under pressure) Ability to work in fast-paced live event environments Familiarity with lighting terminology and follow spot workflows Strong teamwork skills and professional attitude Ability to remain focused during long show hours Preferred Qualifications Experience working on concerts, festivals, theater productions, or large-scale live events Previous work in high-pressure or broadcast-style environments Knowledge of lighting control systems and show calling processes
