Physical Therapist Location: Kansas City, Missouri Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $90,000–$100,000 per year The Opportunity A full-time Physical Therapist is needed in Kansas City, Missouri for a role focused on helping patients improve strength, movement, balance, and daily function. This position involves working directly with patients who may be recovering from surgery, managing pain, rebuilding mobility after an injury, or working toward better independence in their everyday lives. What Your Day May Include Evaluating patients and identifying physical limitations, pain patterns, and mobility concerns Creating treatment plans based on each patient’s condition, goals, and progress Providing therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, gait training, and functional movement support Helping patients improve strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and endurance Teaching home exercise programs and safe movement techniques Tracking progress and updating plans of care as needed Completing clear and accurate clinical documentation Position Highlights Full-Time Physical Therapist position Competitive salary based on experience New graduates are encouraged to apply Collaborative and supportive clinical team Modern outpatient orthopedic setting Opportunity for professional growth and development Preferred Work Schedule Options We offer flexibility and would strongly prefer one of the following schedules: Option 1: Four 10-Hour Days (Preferred) Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Tuesday off each week Option 2: Monday – Friday Schedule Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Clinic Information Patient Volume: 7-15 patients per day Clinic Volume: Approximately 160-190 patient visits per week Clinical Team: 2 Physical Therapists, 2 Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) EMR System: WebPT Patient Age Range: 11 to 90 years old Primary Caseload: Orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions Requirements Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program Current Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure Strong evaluation, treatment planning, and patient education skills Ability to communicate clearly with patients and healthcare team members Outpatient, orthopedic, or rehabilitation experience preferred Benefits PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Insurance Plans Accepted Our clinic serves patients covered by: Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) UnitedHealthcare Medicare TRICARE Humana Aetna Take the Next Step Submit your resume today and start your next chapter in patient care.
