Role Overview RZR is hiring a Senior Director of Revenue, InSEA to own end-to-end revenue performance across Sales and Customer Success/Growth for Greater China. This is one of the most ambitious mandates in the company: build and run the commercial engine that takes GCR from its current scale to many times that size over the next three years. Greater China is a strategic hub for RZR, not just a sales region. Global function leaders in Analytics, Machine Learning, Product, and more are based here, and this role operates as a true peer to them — combining commercial execution with the hub's technical and analytical firepower to drive growth for the region and the company. You will lead the GCR commercial organization, including the Director of Sales and the Growth/CS team, reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer. You will partner closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations to drive tight go-to-market execution, and you will represent RZR at the most senior levels in the GCR market. Key Responsibilities Revenue Growth & Regional Scale Grow the GCR business aggressively over the next three years through a balanced mix of net-new acquisition, baseline protection, and share-of-wallet expansion. Own regional revenue targets with predictable pacing and disciplined execution throughout the year. New Business Acquisition Direct the Director of Sales, GCR on pipeline generation, forecasting accuracy, and go-to-market execution across gaming and non-gaming advertisers. Grow non-gaming revenue as a share of the regional mix through focused vertical expansion. Build a repeatable sales engine that reduces dependency on individual hero performance. Existing Business Growth & Retention Drive systematic share-of-wallet expansion across the existing GCR customer base. Drive fast, repeatable upsell into new products based on demonstrated performance. Protect baseline revenue through consistent delivery against customer goals and early identification of churn risk. Product Penetration & New Product Rollout Significantly increase iOS product penetration across the existing GCR customer base. Launch and scale new growth products — including CTV and Influencer — in the region, securing early lighthouse customers. Establish clear feedback loops from GCR customers to Product on channels, measurement, and creative formats. Strategic Hub Leadership & Cross-Functional Partnership Operate as a peer to RZR's global function leaders based in GCR, aligning regional revenue execution with global priorities. Combine commercial execution with the hub's analytics, ML, and product capabilities to deliver growth outcomes for both the region and the company. Represent RZR at senior levels across the GCR market — with top customers, at industry events, and with strategic partners. Customer Advocacy & Market Influence Build a customer advocacy flywheel — onboard, grow, amplify, repeat — with a steady cadence of case studies, executive references, and event participation across the GCR ecosystem. Marketing Partnership & Demand Generation Partner with the CMO on a GCR marketing plan localized to regional channels and events, with a clear return-on-investment bar. Team Growth, Hiring & Leadership Development Grow and develop the GCR commercial organization, maintaining a high bar on commercial judgment, technical credibility, and execution rigor. Build leadership depth across the team, including the Director of Sales, GCR and Growth/CS management. Operating Discipline & Scalability Establish a strong operating cadence across forecasting, pipeline inspection, account planning, and execution. Build scalable processes across Sales and CS that support rapid growth, and strengthen cross-functional execution with Product, ML, Analytics, and RevOps across time zones. Required Skills and Experience 8+ years of senior leadership experience across Sales, Customer Success, or General Management in high-growth environments, with 5+ years leading teams in the Greater China market. Proven ownership of large revenue targets with direct accountability for growth, retention, and expansion, and a track record of aggressive, multi-year scaling. Demonstrated ability to manage both Sales and Customer Success/Growth teams under one leader and run them as a single revenue system. Prior experience operating within or alongside a performance marketing DSP, mobile advertising platform, or closely adjacent ecosystem. Deep understanding of the Greater China mobile advertising ecosystem — channels, measurement norms, and how GCR advertisers buy growth. An existing network of senior customers and industry leaders in the GCR mobile/gaming ecosystem. Demonstrated ability to hire, develop, and grow Sales and CS teams, including managers and future leaders. Strong cross-functional operating skills, with the ability to partner as a peer with global function leaders in Analytics, ML, and Product based in the region. Deep comfort with revenue operations — forecasting accuracy, pipeline inspection, pacing, and KPI-driven execution. Native Mandarin and business-fluent English, with experience operating alongside a global executive team. Why Join RZR in Beijing?
