The Community & Startups Coordinator supports the engagement, coordination, and overall experience of founders and startups participating in the accelerator program. The role focuses on building an active and connected startup community by coordinating founder engagement activities, community initiatives, and program events. Working closely with the accelerator team, the coordinator helps create a positive founder experience by ensuring smooth communication, supporting community-building initiatives, and coordinating the logistics and execution of program activities throughout the accelerator journey. Responsibilities Act as the day-to-day point of contact for founders and startups throughout the accelerator program. Coordinate founder onboarding, communications, engagement activities, and key program milestones. Build strong relationships with founders and maintain an active and connected startup community. Coordinate workshops, meetups, networking sessions, peer-learning activities, and community initiatives. Support founder engagement by connecting startups with mentors, resources, internal teams, and relevant program activities. Coordinate event logistics including registration, venues, catering, transportation, accommodation, schedules, invitations, and materials. Maintain accurate founder, startup, attendance, feedback, and engagement records in CRM and program management systems. Collect founder feedback and participation data to support reporting and continuous improvement. Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, Events, and accelerator teams to ensure smooth program delivery. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Minimum 2+ years of experience in community management, startup programs, accelerator operations, or event coordination. Experience coordinating events, logistics, workshops, meetups, and multiple activities simultaneously. Experience working with startup ecosystems, innovation programs, founder communities, or accelerator programs is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skills. Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and project/program management tools. Passion for startups, entrepreneurship, innovation, and community building. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
