Own user acquisition and growth for the Mexico market: paid, influencer, referral, and organic channels. Responsabilidades: Paid marketing across Meta, TikTok, Google: budget, creative testing, CAC/LTV Referral program, influencer campaigns, and organic growth loops Community channels: Facebook groups, WhatsApp, activations Attribution and measurement (Branch.io, ad platforms, internal data) Campaign execution: bilingual copy, landing pages, push campaigns Requirements Proven experience growing a consumer product in Mexico Hands-on paid marketing: managed real budgets, can show results Strong analytical skills: cohorts, CAC, activation, retention Able to execute directly, not just manage agencies Heavy AI tooling user Fluent Spanish and English Mexico City preferred
