Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Position: Full-Time Location: Colorado Setting: Remote/Telehealth Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary The Licensed Professional Counselor will provide virtual counseling services to clients experiencing a range of emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns. This role requires strong clinical judgment, effective communication, and the ability to create practical treatment plans that support measurable client progress. Responsibilities Deliver scheduled telehealth counseling sessions Assess client needs and determine appropriate care strategies Develop goal-oriented treatment plans Apply therapeutic interventions based on client presentation Document sessions and maintain compliance standards Monitor progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed Requirements Licensed as an LPC in Colorado Master’s degree in Counseling or related discipline Experience in clinical counseling or therapy settings Strong written and verbal communication skills Understanding of HIPAA and ethical guidelines Ability to manage a full-time caseload remotely Benefits 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your clinical experience into a remote setting where structure, consistency, and patient care come first.
