A day in the life: As an ABM Strategist, you will support the Director of Account Based Marketing in building, running, and optimizing account-based programs across Power Digital's B2B portfolio. You are the person in the platforms daily — building account lists, monitoring intent signals, and keeping campaigns and reporting accurate so the Director can focus on strategy and client relationships. You will work hands-on in tools like 6Sense and Demandbase to maintain target account lists, segment and score accounts, and surface intent signals that inform what Paid Media, Content, and Email/Lifecycle teams do next. This role is equal parts platform execution and strategic thinking — you're expected to not just pull the data, but understand what it means and flag it before someone else has to ask. You'll partner closely with the Director of ABM on playbook development and client-facing materials, and coordinate directly with channel teams to make sure account tiering and intent data are actually driving campaign decisions, not just sitting in a dashboard. Key Responsibilities: Build, maintain, and continuously refine target account lists, tiering, and scoring models in 6Sense and Demandbase Monitor intent data and account engagement signals daily; flag movement and surface insights to the Director of ABM before they become client questions Support the Director of ABM in developing ABM audits, playbooks, and GTM plans for clients Translate account tiers and intent signals into campaign briefs and targeting inputs for Paid Media, Paid Social, Content, and Email/Lifecycle teams Coordinate with channel teams to confirm account-based campaigns are executing against the intended tiering and messaging strategy Own ABM reporting and dashboards; track pipeline influenced/sourced, account engagement, and movement through funnel stages Support cross-agency collaboration across SEO, Paid Media, Creative, PR, Influencer, and CRO to keep ABM campaigns unified Assist Revenue and Appraisal teams with account and market research for new and expanded business opportunities Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize ABM processes and reporting Utilize and leverage Power Digital's nova ecosystem as it relates to ABM strategy and reporting Join client calls and discovery discussions to represent ABM performance and platform data; build toward leading these independently Role Requirements: Mandatory: hands-on working proficiency with 6Sense, Demandbase, or an equivalent ABM/intent data platform 2–4 years in B2B marketing, marketing operations, or ABM, in-house or in-agency Comfortable working in core B2B Martech such as Salesforce, Marketo, or HubSpot Working knowledge of intent data, predictive scoring, and account tiering, with a desire to go deeper on the strategy behind them Strong analytical skills; comfortable pulling and interpreting data without hand-holding Clear written and verbal communication; able to translate platform data into a takeaway a channel lead or client can act on Organized and detail-oriented; able to manage account data and reporting across multiple clients concurrently Team-oriented and collaborative, with the confidence to flag issues or opportunities to more senior stakeholders Agency experience valued but not required Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Net MRR across B2B ABM / Strategy portfolio Client NPS (8+ avg) Delivery of all work within agreed-upon deadlines Accuracy and freshness of account tiering, scoring and intent data across assigned clients Most Important Things (MITs) Keep account data, intent signals, and reporting accurate and current — the Director and channel teams are making decisions off your work Clear, direct, and radically candid communication with internal and external stakeholders Client value — has your work provided new insight, confirmed a course of action, or outlined a clear path forward Benefits & Perks: Base salary + commission opportunities Prepaid Medicine Plan 15 paid vacation days (PTO) per year Up to 4 hours per quarter for paid Volunteer Time Off (VTO) towards philanthropic endeavors Fully flex work environment: full-remote, in-office, or hybrid  A one time 400.000 COP Work From Home (WFH) stipend automatically added to your first paycheck Employee Assistance Program (EAP) 17 observed Colombian national holidays + 2 mental health recharge days per year Legal benefits like Prima, Cesantias Paid Social Security Unlimited opportunities for growth & leadership within a rapidly growing firm Ongoing employee development programs for personal and professional growth (Hedgehog and Vital 5s) Quarterly awards including prize money and recognition for outstanding performance Opportunities to be involved in company DEI initiatives Power Digital’s people and culture are at the core of our success, which is why diversity in our team’s backgrounds and experiences are paramount.
