Who we are looking for:    As an QA Engineer you will be actively engaged in testing desktop applications - tasks that connect product testing, product development, and DevOps initiatives. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to gain further experience in test automation.   What you'll do:  Create virtual test environments  Work on the creation, population, and maintenance of third-party repositories to keep them up-to-date  Maintain repositories using a combination of manual and automated workflows  Perform product testing  Support existing and developing new automation scripts  Create and document bug reports in the bug tracker  Collaborate with the development team  Participate in the preparation and support of releases    What we are looking for:    Proficient knowledge of PowerShell or another scripting language  Ability to use developer consoles (DevTools in browsers)  Understanding of the software development process  Basic programming experience with Python, JavaScript, C# or other OOP languages   Would be a plus:    Proficiency in API testing tools (Postman or Insomnia)  Experience in designing and developing REST APIs  Familiarity with IDE tools  Windows OS administration experience  Understanding of the principles of Windows Installer  Ability to work with msiexec through the command-line interface (CLI)  Experience with macOS  Experience with Bash scripting  Benefits Fully remote work, giving you the flexibility you need in the modern world.
