As a key delivery partner supporting some of the Kingdom's most ambitious development programs, Jasara supervises major projects across sectors including mixed-use developments, residential communities, commercial facilities, hospitality, healthcare, education, infrastructure, and public realm developments. We are currently building a talent pool of qualified professionals for anticipated project requirements across multiple regions of Saudi Arabia. Jasara is currently engaged in an upcoming framework agreement for construction supervision in several regions across KSA (EOI) Senior Document Controller Role Overview Lead document control activities for the Supervision Consultant team, ensuring effective management, distribution, tracking, and archiving of project documentation and correspondence. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate the document control team. Manage project documentation, correspondence, drawings, technical submissions, and transmittals. Ensure documents are properly registered, distributed, and tracked. Monitor document review and approval status. Maintain document control logs and registers. Coordinate document submissions between the Client, Consultant, and Contractor. Ensure proper document version and revision control. Prepare document control reports and status updates. Support project close-out and document archiving. Requirements Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Document Control, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. 7+ years of relevant experience . Previous experience on major construction projects. Experience working for a Consultant/contractor preferred. Strong knowledge of document control procedures and systems. Experience with Aconex or similar EDMS . Strong organizational and communication skills.
