This position will be based at one of our Skiathos properties and will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk and accounting functions during the night shift. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for balancing daily transactions, preparing financial reports, and resolving any discrepancies. You will also handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the night hours, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for our guests. We are looking for an individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry, is required. Responsibilities Perform night audit functions, including balancing daily transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports. Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift, ensuring a seamless and efficient process. Respond to guest inquiries and concerns, providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and local attractions. Process payments and ensure accurate billing. Assist with the night security procedures and ensure guest safety and security. Handle guest complaints or issues, escalating to supervisors or management if necessary. Requirements Previous experience as a Night Auditor within the hospitality industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in using hotel software and accounting systems.
