Enjoy a collaborative work environment from Nashville's most iconic building featuring company-paid on-site parking, a cafe, gym, dry-cleaning services, and more.  Work Style:  In-person, Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm  Job Purpose The Marketing  Events and Programs Specialist leads the development and execution of integrated marketing initiatives across B2B and B2C channels, including events, sponsorships, dealer programs, public relations initiatives, and creative projects. This role helps drive brand visibility, ensures alignment with corporate objectives, and partners with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, results-oriented initiatives. Responsibilities include leading B2B and B2C trade shows and events, managing sponsorship activations and contractual assets, overseeing creative and marketing projects from concept through execution, supporting channel marketing and co-branding programs, and assisting with public relations initiatives to drive brand awareness and engagement. Key Accountabilities Strategic Events Oversight: Direct the planning and execution of the events calendar, ensuring contractual assets are fully leveraged to maximize brand exposure and stakeholder engagement. Budget Leadership & Compliance: Maintain and monitor event budgets; collaborate with Marketing Operations to ensure timely payment processing and accurate documentation. Financial Governance: Secure pre-approvals for all event-related services, ensuring fiscal responsibility and alignment with organizational objectives. On-Site Event Leadership: Represent the organization at events, ensuring seamless execution and serving as the primary problem solver for real-time challenges. Proactively communicate with the sales team, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and coordinate with GHQ to maintain alignment and deliver a seamless event experience. Channel Marketing & Co-Branding Programs: Lead and support the development and execution of co-branded marketing initiatives with dealers, online retailers, OEM partners, and other strategic accounts. Coordinate creative assets, promotional campaigns, and partner communications to ensure brand consistency, strengthen partner relationships, and support business and sales objectives. Sponsorship Activation & Asset Management: Support sponsorship initiatives through the planning and execution of activation programs, management of event tickets and hospitality assets, coordination of creative deliverables, and tracking of contractual rights and benefits to maximize partnership value and brand exposure. Project Management: Manage the development and execution of marketing and creative assets supporting events, sponsorships, and B2B and B2C campaigns. Coordinate timelines, stakeholder reviews, agency deliverables, and approvals to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with brand standards. Agency Management: Lead negotiations and manage direct interactions with external agencies, including overseeing the quoting and contracting process for event services. Performance Reporting: Develop and deliver event planning reports and post-event recaps to senior management, highlighting outcomes, key learnings, and actionable insights. Additional Strategic Duties: Execute other responsibilities as assigned by leadership to support organizational goals. Applies existing procedures and practices to solve moderate to complex business challenges while receiving coaching, guidance, and direction from management. Strong attention to detail and ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders, including agencies and local and global teams. Excellent Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality standards. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required. 3–7 years of marketing experience required, including experience in event management, business strategy, and vendor negotiations. Demonstrated experience successfully managing projects from start to finish. Must be comfortable traveling approximately 25%–30% and willing to work some evenings and weekends as needed. Experience in the automotive or tire industry preferred, but not required.
